Enrique Eduardo Andrade -- PST's StorySLAM, Singlehandedly

Enrique E. Andrade

Enrique has performed at the Miracle Theater in Portland numerous times, most recently, he was part of the casts of Canta y no llores and Te llevo en la sangre. He performed in Astor Piazzolla’s Maria de Buenos Aires at the Aspen Festival of Music in 2007 as well as with 3rd Angle Music Ensemble and various film, television and video projects. Born in a small mountain town in Mexico called Mexico City as part of the Mexican-Japanese community. Enrique is well known for being the Spanish voice of the MAX. Enrique is an Oregon Court Certified Spanish Interpreter and board member of MCC Portland. Enrique makes his debut at Singlehandedly in 2010 with an original creation.

The USA is filled with unspoken rules that, although arbitrary at times, are undeniably linked with our own sense of place. This story is about one such defining moment in the life of a young person going through the pains of High School in the San Francisco Bay area.
