"As a child I would often get in trouble for having my head in the clouds, now I make a living from it." I am a full time puppeteer and Storyteller (no really, I am). I spend most of my time with the Toddler and Preschool set. But I love the challenge and find much personal joy in telling to adults too. As a performer I am involved and various projects that sometimes include puppets and sometimes not. These other projects range in age appropriateness from working with toddlers to working in retirement communities, to performing an evening show in a grownup setting. All of my projects involve story and the importance of connecting and sharing our commonalities as humans. Stories connect us and everyone has a "life" story to tell and a need to share our living life story.

World Premiere, With My Own Two Hands Is my personal journey in finding my calling to be a puppeteer and storyteller. In this solo performance I will weave Story and Puppetry in my special unique brand of Storytelling with humor, song and real life material. It is an adult reflection on my childhood dream and the round about way I rediscovered it in my 30's. Travel with me from my early fantasies as a child growing up on a farm to my later frivolities in Reno, Nevada where I attended UNR (well kind of). Finally, arriving in Portland Oregon and falling in love with the town and all its creative energy and my "PEEPS". It truly is "Out of my Hands". And it's all part of PST's Solo Performance Festival, Singlehandedly: Saturday April 25th and Friday May 1st.
